During my stay at Diego De Velazquez for two nights, I appreciated the perfect location just 5 minutes from the Costanera Center shopping mall. The clean room paired with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning made for a pleasant experience. The breakfast offered a commendable selection, although it could have had more hot food options. The staff, including the attentive concierge, provided excellent service throughout my stay.
The WiFi was quite patchy.

The room photos promised more space, but the actual size felt cramped!!! Also, the kettle was noticeably absent, which would be a convenient addition!!!

Exceptional location with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore. The staff were particularly helpful in facilitating a room change to one with a view after initial check-in issues. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh fruit, but options for hot food were somewhat limited. Notably, the outdated payment methods and strict check-in/check-out times were inconvenient.

The hotel is in a very central area, close to supermarkets and shops, making it convenient for daily needs. I enjoyed the spacious and clean room. The manager personally contacted me to ensure everything was going well, which felt very welcoming. Staff members were mostly cheerful and attentive. Ignacio and Dario at the reception offered great assistance, including lending us a metro card for our travels. I used the breakfast service each morning, and it had a commendable selection of fresh fruits, though I wished for a bit more variety beyond the basics. One downside was the room’s noise level. it was quite loud due to street and hallway sounds. Also, the storage space was limited, making it hard to accommodate our belongings. It could really benefit from some modernization and soundproofing. I had some initial hot water issues, though the staff quickly helped resolve them. Overall, good hospitality, but the room's functionality and comfort need attention.
